A completed registration form is required for each child attending the Club. As places at the Club are allocated on a strictly ‘first come first served’ basis, booking in advance is advisable. Parents will be expected to pay for all booked sessions regardless of attendance. The Manager will, however, use her discretion regarding payment for sessions during periods of long term ill health / sickness.
We are happy to accept short notice/same day bookings when we have places available. Please contact the Manager on 07772336996. We cannot, however, guarantee the availability of a place. Location of the After School Club The Club is based at
AxminsterCommunity Primary School and located in the mobile classroom, room 5 (art and music room) and playground.
Going Home
It is important that parents/carers sign out their child on the daily register sheet when children are collected.
We also ask that parents/carers ALWAYS notify the Manager with any change to the name of the adult who will be responsible for collecting their child. As we have to vacate the school shortly after 6 p.m., please collect your child by 6 p.m. at the latest. In the event of a delay in collecting your child please notify us as soon as possible, additional charges will be made.
Snack Food
On arrival at the Club in the morning and during the holidays children are offered a drink and a piece of toast/cereal. On arrival at the club in the afternoon children are offered drinks and a variety of different healthy snacks. Should you wish to cancel your child's place at club we will require 4 weeks notice in writing. Fees will be due for this period regardless of attendance.
